Shipping

We ship our orders once a week, usually on weekends.

During the holiday period, we will ship as frequently as we can in order to get these orders to you faster.

Once shipped, orders going to Canada will take approximately between 1 to 7 business days to arrive.

Once shipped, orders going to the USA will take approximately between 4 to 10 business days to arrive.

Once shipped, orders going anywhere else will take approximately between 5 and 12 business days to arrive.

Due to causes outside of our control, orders can take more time to arrive. If you haven't received your order after a month, please contact us.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refunds and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless :

  • Your item arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong item

Returns should be made within 30 days after the purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

Lost orders

We are not responsible to orders lost during the shipping process.

In the event that your package never arrives please contact us. Here is the usual process for these cases:

If the address you gave us contains mistakes and we got back the items, we’ll ask you to pay the shipping again in order to send it back to you.

If the address you gave us contains mistakes and the package is completely lost, we cannot offer replacement, you’ll have to purchase the items again.

If the address you gave us is good and it’s the first time this order is lost we will usually send another one free of charge, certain exceptions apply.

If the address you gave us is good and it’s the second time your item is lost, contact us and we’ll see with you if we can attempt something.

There will not be a third tentative.
